ART GALLERIES: The library and the wood museum will present “Portraits in RED” | Free time

The Friends of the Wood Memorial Library and Museum invites the public to experience the moving exhibit “Portraits in RED: Painting Project of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples” by artist Nayana LaFond.

The exhibition opens on Saturday and will run until November 5.

“In painting these people, I seek to elevate their voices, promote healing, spark discussion and contribute to change,” LaFond says of his work.
