High Point, NC (August 21, 2022) – High Point native Teresa Loflin has joined Theater Art Galleries (TAG) as Head of Marketing, Communications and Development. Loflin has over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations and communications.
Loflin will handle all public relations, media relations, marketing, advertising, social media and communications for TAG. She will also oversee the management of the database and website. Its main focus will be branding and raising awareness of the organization, which was incorporated in 1996.
“We are fortunate to add Teresa to our team,” said TAG Executive Director Jeff Horney. “As TAG prepares to move to Congdon Yards, communicating news and updates to the community will be particularly important. Teresa has exactly the skills we need.
Prior to joining TAG, Loflin worked at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church, City of High Point/High Point Museum and The High Point Enterprise. She is involved in a variety of community organizations, including the Friends of the High Point Public Library, the High Point Historical Society, Steel Magnolias at High Point University, and Women in Motion.
The theatre’s art galleries will move to Congdon Yards in early 2023.
TAG offers visual art exhibits and educational experiences to enrich the whole community. TAG presents exhibitions every year with solo and group exhibitions and offers art classes.
